BOX 13 ArtSpace is pleased to present three exhibitions opening February 20, 2021.
In the Front BOX, Erin Miller and Annie May Johnston’s exhibition MiamMiam features prints that are dream-like and bodily, existing in a space between reality and abstraction.
In the Back BOX, Reverberation features video and performance by Farima Fooladi and Kiana Honarmand that address uncertainty, longing, and ritual surrounding immigration.
In the Window BOX, the collaborative work of the Im-ple-ment Archive (Ellen Kleckner and Linda Tien) in Standing Room Only serves as an iteration, from their investigational archive of tools and materials, of works that can stand.
No Opening Reception will be held. Visitors are invited to view the exhibitions during Gallery Hours on Saturdays from 1 – 5PM from February 20 – April 17, 2021 at BOX 13 ArtSpace, 6700 Harrisburg Blvd, Houston, TX 77011.
Visitors are required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and complete a brief contact tracing survey before entry.
