BOX 13’s annual silent auction and fundraiser will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 7PM! We are celebrating another great year and we’re excited to have you join us!
This spring, BOX 13 celebrates 17 years as a part of Houston’s vibrant art community. Our solid presence in the city is the result of current and past members’ hard work volunteering to run the space – from building studio walls to helping artists install shows in our galleries. Currently, we provide affordable studio spaces to 22 local artists, and this season we are scheduled to exhibit solo, group, and curated exhibitions in our 4 galleries for over 40 artists from across the country. We rely on the group as a whole to continuously further our mission to promote the creation and advancement of experimental contemporary art in Houston.
In order to support these initiatives and many more, each year we hold our exhibition and fundraiser, the Empty BOX! The fundraiser exists in two parts. We have the Silent Auction, which is an excellent way to add work from outstanding local, national, and international artists to your collection. We also have our Poor man’s Raffle, offering the chance to win work by current BOX 13 Resident Artists. Additionally, donations can be made to the fundraiser by clicking here.
